I chose the Singapore egg chair as the reviews were very good and I wasn’t disappointed. It wasn’t too complicated to build, although it took 2 of us to manage the weight and bulk. Once finished, it looked solid and attractive, and with the large, plump cushion it is extremely comfortable to sit in. I absolutely love it!

We live in the west coast so tend to get a lot of rain. This egg cover is therefore a must. It must be easy for someone taller to put over the egg chair but I do struggle a little. I love the fact that it covers the whole of the chair and there is a zip to open and close it for easy use. There is also a little clip that you put around the back of the chair so that it will not lift up with the strong winds we get here. I like knowing the chair won’t get discoloured easily in the poor weather we often have.
